• Similar inputs may produce varying outputs, and identical inputs may generate comparable results for different users
• Generated content may display a "Made with Amplift" watermark or similar identification markers

1.2 User Responsibilities and Content Review

• Users bear responsibility for independently verifying all generated content before use
• Personal judgment should be exercised before relying on any platform-generated materials
• Users assume full accountability for monitoring, approving, and implementing generated content
• All decisions, actions, or omissions based on platform outputs remain the user's responsibility

1.3 Inherent System Limitations

• Generated content may contain inaccuracies, errors, or incomplete information
• Intelligent algorithms have constraints in creative innovation and may produce formulaic responses
• The platform cannot fully comprehend linguistic subtleties, cultural nuances, or contextual implications
• Emotional recognition and expression capabilities are limited compared to human understanding
• Training data biases may influence generated outputs
• Complex reasoning and analytical judgment tasks present inherent challenges for the system

1.4 Disclaimer of Warranties

• The platform operator provides no guarantees regarding intelligent service functionality or output quality
• Users bear sole responsibility for evaluating generated content appropriateness before implementation
• The platform operator disclaims liability for losses resulting from reliance on generated content

2.1 Access Authorization

Subject to compliance with these Terms, we grant users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Services for personal use. We reserve rights to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service components without prior notice.

2.2 Account Management

Users must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information. Account credentials must remain confidential, and users bear responsibility for all account activity. Unauthorized access or security breaches must be reported immediately.

2.3 Prohibited Activities

Content Safety Restrictions

• Uploading or generating content containing malicious code, viruses, or harmful programs
• Creating materials that infringe intellectual property or proprietary rights
• Processing sensitive personal information including identity numbers, medical records, or financial credentials
• Generating content that may endanger minor safety or welfare

Technical Usage Limitations

• Employing automated tools or scripts for large-scale data extraction
• Attempting reverse engineering, decompilation, or technical architecture circumvention
• Deliberately disseminating false, misleading, or harmful information
• Impersonating others or providing fraudulent identity information

Professional Service Boundaries

• Providing medical diagnoses, treatment recommendations, or health assessments
• Offering legal advice, judicial interpretations, or regulatory guidance
• Making financial investment recommendations or creditworthiness determinations
• Engaging in activities requiring professional licensing or specialized credentials

2.4 High-Risk Use Case Requirements

For critical domains (legal, medical, financial, etc.), qualified professionals must review and validate outputs before implementation.

2.5 Transparency and Disclosure Requirements

Users must clearly inform end-users when interacting with intelligent service platforms, especially for customer-facing bots, minor-related services, and professional applications.

3.1 Content Ownership Structure

The Company does not claim ownership of user inputs or generated outputs (collectively "User Content"). Users retain ownership rights to their content, subject to the licensing terms below.

3.2 Service Operation License

Users grant the platform necessary permissions during service usage, including rights to copy, display, process, and utilize User Content for service provision and operation. Additionally, users provide limited licensing for de-identified data usage in service improvement initiatives.

3.3 Intelligent Service Integration

The platform leverages third-party artificial intelligence services to power certain functionalities. Users consent to share relevant content with these services to fulfill requests, understanding that such services may retain certain usage rights as outlined in their respective terms.

4.1 Platform Intellectual Property

We retain all rights, title, and interest in the Services, including underlying algorithms, methodologies, and improvements. "Amplift" and related branding elements constitute our proprietary trademarks.

4.2 Third-Party Intellectual Property

The Services may incorporate third-party intellectual property under separate licensing terms. Users agree to comply with applicable third-party requirements, including any direct payment obligations.

4.3 User Feedback and Suggestions

Feedback provided to the Company becomes our property without confidentiality obligations. Users grant us unlimited rights to use, modify, and commercialize submitted suggestions or ideas.

5.1 Agreement Duration

This Agreement remains effective during your use of the Services and continues until terminated by either party in accordance with these Terms.

5.2 Termination Rights

We may suspend or terminate service access for Terms violations, legal compliance requirements, or operational reasons. Users may terminate by closing their accounts through the user profile interface.

5.3 Termination Effects

Upon termination, service access ceases automatically, and User Content stored on our systems may be deleted. Termination does not affect accrued rights or obligations under this Agreement.

6.1 Service Disclaimers

Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all representations regarding service reliability, accuracy, or suitability for specific purposes.

6.2 Liability Limitations

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability shall not exceed amounts paid by users in the three months preceding any claimed damages. We disclaim liability for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

6.3 User Indemnification

Users agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company from claims arising from User Content, service usage, Terms violations, or third-party rights infringement.

7.1 Governing Law

Disputes shall be resolved according to applicable law. Service usage may be subject to additional local, national, or international legal requirements.

7.2 Regional User Provisions

European Union and UK Users: EU and UK consumers benefit from mandatory consumer protection laws in their countries of residence. Disputes shall be resolved in competent courts where users are ordinarily resident.

U.S. Federal Government Users: The Services constitute a "commercial item" under applicable federal acquisition regulations.

U.S. Legal Compliance: Users represent they are not located in embargoed countries or listed on government restriction lists.

7.3 Agreement Modifications

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated through service notifications or email to registered users. Continued service usage constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
